Description
The deep rounded sides are expertly painted in a famille-rose palette with a lively scene of numerous boys engaged in various celebratory activities. Some figures are depicted parading with a large dragon lantern, while others play musical instruments or hold auspicious emblems amidst a garden setting with trees and architectural elements. The matching cover is similarly decorated with the “boys at play” motif. Both the base of the cup and the knop of the cover bear a six-character seal mark in iron-red reading Daoguang Nian Zhi.

CONDITION REPORT
The cup exhibits a visible chip and an associated hairline crack on the rim. There is general surface wear to the enamels and minor shelf wear to the foot rims consistent with age.

此盖碗深腹，弧壁，圈足。碗外壁以粉彩绘婴戏图，画面中孩童成群，神态生动，或手持龙灯游行，或敲打乐器，或手举吉祥器物，场面热闹非凡，背景衬以庭院树石。盖面纹饰与碗身相呼应。碗底与盖钮内均书红彩“大清道光年制”六字三行篆书款。
品相报告：
碗沿可见一处明显缺口及与之相连的冲纹。釉面及粉彩可见自然传世磨损，足圈有轻微磨损。
