Terms and Conditions
Authorization: The Bidder hereby authorizes Leslie International Auction Inc. to act as their agent to bid on the specified lots up to the maximum bid indicated. The Auctioneer will attempt to purchase the lot for the lowest price possible, consistent with other bids and the reserve price.
Buyer’s Premium: The Bidder acknowledges that a Buyer’s Premium of [Insert %] will be added to the hammer price of each lot won, in addition to applicable taxes.
“As Is” Sale: All property is sold “as is.” Bidders are encouraged to request condition reports or inspect the property in person before submitting bids. The Auctioneer makes no warranties regarding the description or authenticity of any lot.
Payment & Collection: Successful bidders must pay the total purchase price in full within seven (7) business days following the auction. Ownership is transferred only upon receipt of full payment.
Tie Bids: In the event of an identical bid from the floor, the floor bid takes precedence. If two identical absentee bids are received, the earliest bid received by the Auctioneer will take priority.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
