The vase is elegantly potted in the classic “Guanyin” form, so named for its graceful, feminine silhouette. It features a widely flared mouth, a slender constricted neck, and sloping shoulders that lead to a full, tapering body supported by a sturdy circular foot. The exterior is covered in a variegated peach-bloom glaze (jiangdouhong), exhibiting a palette of rose and crushed-strawberry tones. The glaze is artistically dappled with moss-green speckles—known as “apple green” spots—and features clear, natural drip lines. The recessed base is inscribed with an apocryphal six-character mark of Kangxi within a double circle in underglaze blue.
此瓶形制端庄，呈典型的观音瓶式样：撇口、束颈、溜肩、丰腹下敛，线条挺拔柔美。通体施豇豆红釉，釉色红润，釉面色调富于变化，并自然散布着如苔藓般的绿色斑点（俗称“苹果绿”），呈现出极具层次感的视觉效果。釉层肥厚处见自然的垂流纹理。足底中心青花书“大清康熙年制”双圈楷书寄托款。整器比例协调，展现了二十世纪对康熙朝单色釉名品的成功复刻。
Peach-bloom glaze is one of the most technically demanding monochrome glazes, originally developed during the Kangxi period for small scholar’s objects. This 20th-century example successfully applies this delicate aesthetic to a monumental 42.5 cm height. The presence of the green mottling, caused by the localized reduction of copper, was highly prized by collectors for its resemblance to natural landscapes. This vase represents the sophisticated 20th-century revival of high-Qing aesthetics, combining a majestic form with the poetic, ever-changing textures of the copper-red glaze.
豇豆红釉以其幻化多变而位居清代单色釉名品之列。原本豇豆红多见于文房小件，而此瓶高度达42.5厘米，体量硕大。其釉面上形成的红色“晕散”与绿色“苔斑”相映成趣，古人称之为“桃花片”或“苹果青”。二十世纪的制瓷工匠通过精准控制窑温，在大型器物上重现了这种不规则的美感。此瓶形神兼备，是近现代景德镇继承并弘扬康熙朝高温铜红釉工艺的代表之作。
CONDITION REPORT
• Condition: In overall very good condition. The glaze remains lustrous with expected minor surface age wear. Natural kiln-related pinpricks and stable iron spots consistent with the material and size. No chips, cracks, or restorations.
• 状况： 整体品相良好。釉面莹润，见轻微自然磨损。见少量单色釉特有的自然缩釉点（针眼）及铁质斑点。经检测无任何崩口、裂纹或修复迹象。
