Description
This compressed globular water pot features a rounded body with a narrow, slightly recessed rim and a small opening. The exterior is decorated in a soft underglaze-red copper pigment with a continuous scroll of peony and chrysanthemum blossoms. The flowers are rendered with detailed petals and curling foliage, exhibiting the controlled yet painterly style characteristic of late 17th-century porcelain.
The interior and the base are applied with a smooth, lustrous white glaze. The base bears a six-character reign mark in underglaze blue, reading “Da Qing Kangxi Nian Zhi” (Made during the Kangxi Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty). This form and decoration reflect the sophisticated aesthetic of the literati’s studio during the Qing dynasty, where small, functional vessels like water pots were highly prized for their craftsmanship and auspicious motifs.

CONDITION REPORT
The water pot is in good overall condition consistent with its age. The glaze remains vibrant, with some natural surface wear and minor firing spots. A slight yellowish staining is visible on one side of the body. The foot rim shows characteristic oxidation and minor kiln grit. No major cracks or restorations were observed under standard inspection.

此水丞呈洗式，敛口，丰肩，鼓腹，圈足。外壁以釉里红绘缠枝花卉纹，牡丹与菊花盛开，枝叶勾勒婉转，画工细腻流利。釉里红色泽沉稳雅致，具有康熙时期典型的发色特征。
器内壁及底部施白釉，釉面莹润。足心青花书“大清康熙年制”六字三行楷书款。水丞为文房清供之雅器，此器造型端庄，色彩古雅，体现了清代官窑制瓷工艺的精益求精。
品相报告：
整器品相良好。釉面见自然传世磨损及轻微开片或缩釉点。器身一侧见有轻微的自然沁色。足底露胎处可见火石红及历史积淀。在常规检查下，未见明显裂纹或重大修复。
